- Registration Fee: £150 (non-refundable fee, payable at time of initial consultation and expires at date of entry or after 6 months)
- Success Fee: Half of one month’s rent (minimum of £400)
Fees are based on collecting clients from their preferred pick up in Edinburgh then providing a 1-2 day tour of short-listed accommation and orientation tour of Edinburgh.
