RENTAL
FULL RELOCATION SERVICE
- Registration Fee: £150 (non-refundable fee, payable at time of initial consultation and expires at date of entry or after 6 months)
- Success Fee: Half of one month’s rent (minimum of £500), payable on signature of lease
ONE OFF EMERGENCY PROPERTY VIEWING
- Many agents will not allow potential tenants to secure a rental without having someone view the property on their behalf. As time is of the essence, due to most locations having a rental market with rapid turnover, a representative will arrange an emergency viewing (within 24-48 hours) at a property of your specific choice for a set fee of £100
BUYING
- Registration Fee: £200 (expires after 6 months and is non-refundable)
- Success Fee: 0.5% of purchase price, payable on conclusion of missives
Fees are based on collecting clients from their preferred pick up point, surrounding the area they are relocating to, then providing a 1-2 day tour of short-listed accommodation, orientation tour of Edinburgh and accompanying you to sign the lease. Fees are due on conclusion of missives.
