I was very happy with the excellent service provided by Kate and Karlyn. As someone who lives in Oxford, I had no idea what communities or agencies were best to go with, plus there is the additional challenge of need to view properties before renting I was overwhelmed. Kate and Karlyn took all that anxiety and worry away. Then provided regular properties to view and when on a series of viewings giving us the option to apply for a range of properties. They are down to earth, enthusiastic and very respectful.
